My journey in fitness started in 2010 after I had my baby boy. I was 75 kg then and I knew I had to start focusing on myself to focus give my best to my child and my family. As a woman we play many roles – a mother, a wife, a home director, a daughter in law, among others. And while playing these roles, we find ourselves short on time for ourselves. Not to forget the tremendous change our bodies go through after having a child. With these in mind, I knew I needed to find fitness regimes that were sustainable. By sustainable, I mean something that I enjoy doing and not find excuses to run away from, and something that gives me results. 

My first step was to work on myself. And in 5 years I was able to transform myself from 85 kg to 58 kg. And this journey became a start of another one for me. I realized that I wanted to take my learnings to more and more women and help make a difference. And therefore, I trained myself as a fitness expert and coach.

Today, I am humbled to say that I have coached over 500 women and I am still learning. My girls motivate me to go on and I make sure, I am always there for them.

3. Custom workouts uniquely designed for an individual

Above all, you will find a fitness partner in me and not just an instructor, someone who will be with you in every step and will keep providing other tips such as diet, overall wellbeing from time to time to ensure your journey is holistic.
